What we collect
When you request a diagnosis report, book a meeting, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information you provide: name, email, company, phone (optional), industry, and the description of your business challenge. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage in aggregate.
How we use it
To prepare your diagnosis report, respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings you request, and — if you opted in — send the newsletter. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to the newsletter unless you signed up for it.
Where it goes
Form submissions flow into our own systems (CRM and automation tooling) for handling. Booking requests are processed through our scheduling provider. We share data with no other third parties except as required to operate these services or by law.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@ometz.ai and we'll handle it promptly.
